Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel grounded and comfortable in your Earth Runners; if your sandals aren't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size or lace style.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your clean, unworn sandals back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
